The queen-size or twin beds are draped in Egyptian cotton, while the furnishings create a gentle counterpoint to the sunlight spilling through the windows. Tavarnelle Rooms

The hotels spacious rooms overlook Tuscany’s rolling hills and feature queen-size or twin beds draped in Egyptian cotton. The cuisine showcases inventive Italian and seasonal inspiration, with an ever-changing menu ranging through spring’s crisp greens and fragrant herbs, to autumn’s rich truffles and wild boar.

La Torre

La Taverna is situated in the castle’s original kitchen and features an open fire, which creates an intimate atmosphere. La Taverna opens during the winter months, during which time guests can enjoy a selection of Tuscan signature dishes, while a choice of cocktails, Champagnes, reserve cognacs, grappas and whiskies can be enjoyed year-round in the bar.
